Go to this IRS website for the address to mail a federal tax return by state, with or without a payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

And you would use either of the 1040 addresses (depending on whether you are including a payment, or not)

What are you trying to do?

Are you using TurboTax?

E-File is still preferable to filing on paper.

It is too early to file a paper return because IRS is not open for processing 2021 tax returns yet.

IRS has a large backlog of 2020 paper tax returns and you are going to be delayed if you file on paper.
