Form 1098-MA is for informational purposes and is not reported on your federal return or entered into Turbo Tax.

 

However, if you are itemizing your deductions and claiming a mortgage interest deduction, please use the form's information to ensure that you are only claiming the interest payments that you made and not the payments made by the government on your behalf. The amount paid by the government is indicated on 1098-MA. The payments you made are in Box 3.
