Where in TT do I enter 2019 VA Schedule ADJ line 1?

Where do I enter my federal exempt dividend interest so that it shows on 2019 VA Schedule ADJ line 1?   I put the DIV in properly in Federal and TT didn't bring it in as income for VA so I have to manually do it.  I've entered it under exempt US Bond income so it keeps going to line 2B with a code 10.  Every other year I've filled it's been on line 1 not line 2B and I can't find where in the program to enter it.

I figured this out for myself.  The mistake was when I entered the 1099-DIV in Federal.  When you get to the screen where it says "Tell us more about your exempt-interest dividends" click on I earned exempt-interest dividends in more than one state.  Since I could calculate the % of the interest that was earned in VA (about 1%), I entered 1 line with multiple states and one line with VA and the respective amounts.  The total of both lines must equal what was in box 11 of the 1099-DIV.  The amount that was entered in for multiple states then showed up in my VA Scheduled ADJ line 1.
