Since you are posting from a "Live" version  you can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.

I do not think "Live" will help with questions about a 2017 return.  No one in this user forum can see your 2017 return so we do not know what data went into your 2017 state and local return or your tax refund.  Did you save it as a pdf so that you can review the worksheets and see what you entered?
