I live in MA and have for the entire tax year. My employer has me as a MA resident and my state taxes are paid to them from my paycheck. I never switched my license from CT to MA since I moved here during covid. Do i need to file in CT or do i just need to do a MA filing?

If you lived and worked in MA all of 2021 then you file a 2021 MA return.   And then you find out what the MA laws are for when you were supposed to get a MA drivers license after moving to the state.  If you did not live or work in CT you do not file a CT return.
