Why am I do I owe MA state taxes? I have received refunds in the past and moved to FL in June and changed my residency with work in October.

We cannot see your tax return. Did you prepare a part-year MA return and include only the income you earned while still living and working in MA? You say you moved in June, but did not change your "residency" until October. At what point did the employer stop withholding MA tax from your paychecks? Are you working for the same employer---just in a different state? Or are you working for a different employer now that you live in FL?
