Question

why am I not getting a prompt to enter my Utah 529 contributions? I received a Form TC-675H

When you go through the state return, look for a page titled - Let's Check for UTAH Apportionable Credits.  Answer Yes on that page.  

 

Two screens later, you will be asked to enter the information from your TC-675H form (my529 Plan Tax Statement for Contributions, Withdrawals, and Transfers).    You can click on the Learn More link for more information on the credit.
