Question

Why canʻt I e-file my Utah TC 65? What did I just pay $55 for if I canʻt e-file it?

According to Utah.gov Intuit is allowed to e-file the TC-65. When I opt to e-file, it says it "cannot be filed electronically." But it does not say why. According to the Utah tax department, it is possible to file this electronically and Intuit is one of the software companies authorized to do so. So WHY do we need to mail this in and cannot e-file? If this is simply an Intuit choice to not allow it, then Intuit needs to state that fact as a disclaimer before a customer purchases the Utah state business filing for $55 and not at the end of the process. If there is a programming reason why it cannot be e-filed, the Intuit should state that reason. But Intuit says nothing except that it cannot be e-filed!!!!!!!!!! INFURIATING!!!!!!
