I live in Washington and work 2 days a week in Oregon and three days a week in Washington.  The tax software will not allow me to edit line 7S on the Oregon return to adjust.

You have to make the allocation in the Oregon State Interview.   Click through the screens in the Oregon return, and you will come to a page that says Oregon Source Income Adjustments.   Enter the amount of wages that are Oregon-Sourced in the first box.    You can only enter directly on forms in the desktop program.

Click on State Taxes from the left side menu in TurboTax Online.

That worked.  Next problem, the software is over paying me the kicker refund.  I paid $2397 in Oregon taxes last year and checking online my kicker refund should only be $1061 versus $4000+ the software is reporting.  How do I fix that?
