WHY DO I KEEP REVIEWING MY 199-R FORM

The system may have taken exception to some of the numbers that you entered on your 1099-R.  It thinks there is something there that needs review when there isn't.  

Go ahead and finish your return as though it didn't have a little "needs review" there. Then, when you come to the end of guided tax preparation, if no errors pop up then you are good to go.  If there is actually something wrong with your 1099-R then there will be an error message there explaining the issue.  Hopefully you'll be able to correct it then (if it even pops up).

If you absolutely can't get past the error loop contact customer support.
