Question

Why does it keep saying “it must the the same person as the credit karma account” after telling me I’m eligible? It is my credit karma account as well as my turbo tax

How come when I try for the Advance refund it tells me I’m eligible but then sends something sayin error must be the same person as my turbo tax account
