Hi,

Trying to complete Fed and state (Virginia) using Home and Business edition.

Fed looks fine, but when I go to complete VA, it says my taxable income is -$195,761).  This is on a federal return that has about 25k in Social Security income, and about $16k from a home business.  Have filed for this business several in a row.   When I click on the details is says "Virginia itemized deductions is -$175,961.00 " and I can't figure out where in the world it is getting this number.

Please help!!!!!

Check your data entry for the business deductions. You may have typed a comma somewhere instead of a decimal.

Thanks.

Not seeing anything that looks off. I would think that would come up showing a HUGE loss in a business somewhere, but the #'s look right.  very strange.
