Why IS Turbo Tax saying my State Return is not ready to file?

I have filed my Federal with Turbo Tax and the efile has been accepted. The state return is saying not ready to file, why is that? I always file them both together. Do I have to keep checking to file it later or will Turbo Tax do that for me?

    For Desktop/Download software?

     

    Wait at least one day After your Federal file is accepted.

    Then...if using the desktop software...run a software update.

    Then, go thru your entire State Q&A again and run the state review and error check...

    IF that's OK, then attempt to e-file the state again.

     

    Still doesn't go thru? 

    Wait another whole week....at least to the next Friday.

    Run the software updates and try again.
