It's possible that you're not required to file a state return, but it's more likely that you're just not seeing your state tax summary in TurboTax Online.

To view your state tax summary in TurboTax Online:

    1. Select Tax Home in the left pane
    2. Select the dropdown for any category in the middle of the page, then select Review/Edit
    3. In the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of Tax Tools
    • If you don't see Tax Tools in the left pane, close any dropdowns in the pane -- for example, next to Federal or State Taxes
    1. Select Tools
    2. In Tools Center, select View Tax Summary
    3. In the left pane, you should see [Your State] Tax Summary.  Select it

If the TurboTax Online navigation suggested above doesn't look like what you're seeing, see the TurboTax Help article Why does the TurboTax navigation menu look different for me?.

You might also see the TurboTax Help article Do I need to file a state return? to make sure that you have a filing requirement for your state return.
