You have to allocate your income that applies to each state in that state's section of the step-by-step interview.  Your Colorado return may incorrectly include income that isn't taxable to Colorado.  It's hard to say for sure what's happening without being able to see your return, or knowing more, like were you a resident or non-resident of each state.  What is taxable and by which state depends on where you were working, and what was your state of residence at the time.
