WI and MN Part-Year Residents - Can I file OS for WI

I moved from Wisconsin in 2019 and purchased a home in Minnesota.  I have worked in MN for years and when I was a WI resident, I was able to file OS to get credit for taxes paid to MN when a WI resident.

This year moved from WI and purchased a home in MN and filing a part year resident in both states.  It asks when started job, but have had this job for years and being WI and MN doesn't have a reciprocity so the W2 shows Wisconsin and Minnesota state income but only had MN state withholding.  With being part-year resident of both Wisconsin and Minnesota can a Schedule OS be filed for the amount of income made while a Wisconsin resident?  Feel that should be able to get credit for the time a WI resident and not have to pay a large amount to Wisconsin if unable to file this.

Both WI and MN allow you to file a part year return. On a part year return, you only claim the income earned while living there.
