WI partial year resident return-"Enter Income for IRA Deduction"

Turbotax asked me this question (see image) and I'm not sure which numbers I should be using for it. It's not clear to me whether they're asking for Box 1 Wages from the W-2 (or Box 2 or 3, since they're different due to other retirement contributions), or AGI. Income and wages are not the same to me.

I also have business income, are they asking for Gross income (in my case from several 1099-Misc) or net income from Form C.

Any help is appreciated. 2019 taxes.

seems clear to me.   enter your total wages  in the federal box and in the other box non-Wisconsin wages

Thanks for responding but it doesn't answer my question. It does say income and not wages.  Is it possibly referring to AGI? Or is it box 1 wages, as opposed to box 2 or 3 (different on my W-2's due to other retirement contributions).

For business income is it gross income (in my case all 1099-MISC), or net income from Form C? I have wages and business income.
