Will I be able to cancel an automatic debit for Oklahoma state owed through Turbotax?

I have been told it's a third party, then I was also told that Turbtax doesn't give the option, yet my return has a slot that states I have agreed to an automatic debit.

you have to say yes/no for direct debit for your state tax due separately from your 1040 tax return.
