if you moved to Connecticut in 2024 there is no return due for 2023 and Florida does not have an income tax.

if you moved in 2023 you'll probably should file a part-year resident return indicating no income is sourced to the state.

When did you move to Connecticut?  Did you file a CT return or a federal return or both?  What did you include on your CT return?  Did you work in FL?  Florida does not have any income tax, so there is no return to file for the income for FL.

If you never worked in CT, then you wouldn't have any CT income.  If you have no CT income, then you would not need to file a return for CT.

If you only earned income in FL, while a resident of FL, then you would only need to file a federal return.
