Wisconsin 1NPR Stuck

I am trying to finalize my federal and state returns, but TurboTax repeatedly presents me with the 1NPR form for Wisconsin. I live in Wisconsin and my income is earned in Minnesota. I complete my non-resident MN return first as I have done for the past 3 years. All of my info states I am a fulltime resident of WI. However, the software redirects me to fill out  the WI NPR1 form of which only one field is fillable (my state of residence) and it already says WI. I cannot move forward.

    In TurboTax Online, I am able to create a Minnesota nonresident tax return and a Wisconsin resident tax return.

     

    What state income taxes does your Minnesota employer withhold and report on lines 15 through 17?

     

    Are you reporting Minnesota taxable income on line 9 of the Minnesota Form M1?

     

     

    Something on the Minnesota state income tax return makes the Wisconsin state income tax return think that you are a part-year resident of Wisconsin.
