Wisconsin Itemized Deduction Credit

I had investment, mortgage interest and charitable contributions subject to the Wisconsin itemized deduction credit.   Turbo tax does not include the schedule A when not itemizing for Wisconsin.  Is there any way to avoid a paper filing to comply with Wisconsin instructions?  See the relevant instructions for Form 1 below.

"Complete Schedule 1 on page 4 of Form 1 to see if you can claim the credit. Schedule 1 lists the specific deductions to use from federal Schedule A (Form 1040) (see EXCEPTIONS below).
If you did not itemize deductions for federal tax purposes, use the amounts which would be deductible if you had itemized deductions. To determine the amounts to use, complete a federal Schedule A (Form 1040). Write “Wisconsin” at the top of this Schedule A and include it with your Form 1"

Thanks

Schedule I can replace federal Sch A. Follow these steps::

    1. Be sure everything is entered in the federal section fir deductions.
    2. As you go through the WI program, go through to the  section called Here's the income that WI handles differently
    3. Select  revisit/ edit  Adjustments to Federal AGI and Itemized Deductions
    4. Go through section and be sure everything is showing
    5. Review your return for errors
    6. View your forms. Locate Schedule I for WI adjustments to Itemized Deductions.
    7. To see your forms:
