Wisconsin Teacher's are not subject to state tax, how does this get entered in TT?

What tax credit or deduction are you referring to?  There is nothing I can see that exempts teachers that reside in Wisconsin to be exempt from state income tax.  There is a deduction available on the federal return for teacher expenses, though.    Tax Tips for Teachers

@aaamlarson   are you discussing pension of a teacher?    Here is a list of Wisconsin deductions and I don't see teachers pay. https://support.taxslayer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015906991-What-are-the-Wisconsin-Subtractions-from-Income

 

The IRS gives teachers up to $600 credit for teacher expenses paid.
