Question

Won't let me file without updated 8582-cr which doesn't apply to me. Deleted form in tools and still the same problem.

    Before you delete the Form 8582-CR, make sure that it isn't required for your return.  Form 8582 is used to report Passive Loss Carryovers from a partnership that are reported on a Schedule K-1.  It could also be information that is being carried over from your previous year tax return.  

     

    If you review your information and are sure that you can delete the form, follow the instructions listed in the TurboTax help article below for steps on how to delete it:
