I'm having a hard time understanding the wording of this question, and whether I should enter numbers, or a 0.

If NONE of those items apply to our return do we enter a 1 for each item? Or a 0 because each of those items doesn't apply?

For our return, we did not claim ANY of those items (we didn't release exemption, there is no disabled individual, we cannot be claimed as dependents).

The question is asking if you are claiming an exemption on your Oregon return that you did not claim on your Federal return and the reason you did not claim the exemption on your Federal return was due to one of the reasons listed.

If the number of exemptions that you claim on your Federal return and Oregon return are the same then the answer is 0.
