Wrong W2-G address

I received a W2-G in 2023 and the address is wrong. It pointed to a previous address which is a different state than where I currently have lived for the entirety of 2023. I had no taxes withdrawn. Will I be required to get a corrected W2-G with the correct address?

The address on the W-2G and the address on your tax return do not have to match.

No, as long as the Payor's information (EIN) is correct, then you can enter it as is. Just make sure that your correct address is in your Personal Information section of the program.

To edit your Personal Info in TurboTax:

Open your return.
Enter personal information in the Search box.
Click on jump to personal information link.
You can Edit your name, address, filing status, etc., on your Personal info summary page.
