WV schedule M

Turbo tax is excluding all my interest on schedule M.  I think CD interest is still taxable to WV.  How do I fix this?

    In the entry of the interest income into the TurboTax software, the income was excluded from the West Virginia state income tax return at the screen Do any of these uncommon situations apply?
