Yonkers Residency - can't get past this screen - software bug

I am filling out the NY state tax form thorugh turbotax. I am looping between 2 screens for NY City Residency and Yonkers Residency. There seems to be a bug. I showed the relevant form and entered the residency values correctly, but I still can not get past the screen. I am running the Turbotax software I just downloaded a few minutes ago.

How do I do that? I went to the Online dropdown and checked for updates, and it said my Turbotax is up to date. ( I downloaded it 2 hours ago)

I don't think both of those radio buttons are supposed to be checked. Something is definitely wrong.
