This is the State Tax portion of the return. I’ve been a Full time resident of NY state. I don’t live or receive income from Yonkers. So I don’t know why this message is popping up

I have to assume that TurboTax doesn't like something about the address that you have supplied.

Have you entered any address in the NY interview, or has the only address been entered under Personal Info or My Info?

Perhaps it does not like your zip code. TurboTax often (not always) checks the zip code to see if it matches the city and state, or just the state.

In the NY interview, I don't see an obvious reason why this would happen to you. Could you tell us the title of the screen that is just before the screen with the error message?
