You show that I have earned income tax credit for Maine but I’m not sure I qualify

    If you qualified to receive Earned Income Credit on your federal then you will qualify for Maine's Earned Income Credit too.  In 2024, per the Maine Department of Revenue "The Maine EIC is equal to 25% (50% for taxpayers with no qualifying children) of the federal EIC. The Maine EIC is refundable for Maine residents and part-year residents. The credit for nonresidents may not reduce the Maine income tax to less than zero."
