Your link to pay Indiana taxes no longer works, since Indiana has moved to a new system.
When it comes time to pay Indiana state taxes, TurboTax tells the user to go to http://in.gov/dor/epay/. However, this link rather unhelpfully redirects to a page on "Estimated Tax".
In order to pay my Indiana state taxes, I had to find the page myself. It turns out Indiana used to use a system called "ePay", but is transitioning to a new system called "INTIME". You can read about this on the old ePay website (which is likely going to be completely gone soon):
https://secure.in.gov/apps/dor/dor_epay/start.htm
"The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) is in the process of moving to its new online e-services portal INTIME which will soon offer all customers the ability to manage tax account(s) in one convenient location, 24/7. This includes making payments, setting up payment plans, viewing refund amounts, and secure messaging with DOR customer service."
Note that you can no longer pay a tax return on ePay. You must use INTIME. So, TurboTax should link users there. The website for the new INTIME system is: https://intime.dor.in.gov/
Everything else about the TurboTax process is so smooth and user-friendly, so I wanted to let you know about this little hiccup so you can get it addressed. Then the process will be truly seamless!
