1095-B

Turbo Tax will not allow me tp file our  return until the 1095-B table is filled-in.  i.e. - the dollar amount by month is filled in.  My 1095-B Part IV has my name and my wife's name listed and the period Covered column all 12 months checked for both.  Rest of the form is blank.  Note: I am a retired military and both my wife and I are covered by TriCare for Life.  I am at wits end - system will not allow me to file until an entry is made.  However, my 1095-B has no entry.  Please advise what needs to be done to allow me to file my return electronically.  You've already charged me $20 file me state return electronically but cannot do so until the 1095-B situation is rectified.
