Box e/f on military W2 address and zip code

i’m currently filing jointly for the first time and i uploaded my husband’s military w2 form. it scanned it and when i proceeded to the end it asked me to review his w2. part e/f needs and address and zip code. it just shows his first name and last name and “41CEZEB0 4824”

Go back to the section where it is entered and delete the whole form.

Just re-enter it manually...don't use a photo or a scanned document...

AND go back and edit every stinking document you may have scanned/photo entered....NEVER trust that a scanned/photo entered document went in correctly.

Manually entered documents are always safer and less prone to massive errors.
