Can't Contact Tax Expert

In the turbo tax website my phone number is not being recognized, I have an Italian number due to the fact that I am stationed in ITA. I need assistance asap, with filling out my taxes and would like to communicate with an expert via call, chat , or this forum. I tried calling the Intuit number but it isn't working as well. How can I get in contact with an expert?
