I have a question about getting a stimulus check. My father gets military retirement in hasn't file taxes in like 3 years due to not having to file will he still get a stimulus check? he is wondering if he needs to do the non filers form throught he IRS? My mom gets retirement as well but hasnt had to file taxes either in a few years.
