Do I have to pay California State taxes if ive been stationed in Korea for nearly the whole year?

At the beginning of the year i was in San Angelo, Texas for tech school and i got to Osan AB, Korea at the end of March. Ive been here in korea since then. Do i have to pay state taxes to california? Im a california resident.

An individual domiciled in California when entering the military is considered a nonresident while stationed outside California on permanent change of station (PCS) orders.

CA taxes non-residents only on CA-source income.
