You can file an extension, which will allow you to file until October 15, 2024.

 

This is an extension to file your tax return, not an extension to pay your taxes. You must estimate your taxes due and pay them by April 15, 2024 to avoid penalties and interest.

Have you tried thru DFAS's MyPay website?

 

Defense Finance and Accounting Service > MilitaryMembers > taxinfo > taxstatements (dfas.mil)
