How can I change my spouse's military status from active duty if I have not filed yet?

Please correct this in the My Info section:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click “My Info” tab in the black bar on the side of your screen.
3. Click “Edit” next to your spouse's name.  
4. Scroll down to the last question in Section 1: “My spouse is a member or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces (active, reserve or National Guard)”
5. Mark the appropriate radio button and click “Continue”.

Please check if you marked your spouse's W-2 as an active-duty W-2 as well:

1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
2. Click on “Jump to W-2”
3. Click "Edit" to review the entries
4. Continue till the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen and check if the active-duty military box is checked.
