How do I claim a pending refund from 2020 in tax-return for 2021 ? Which tax deduction in turbo tax do I select ?

I got a cheque from IRS in July 2021 with year 2020 tax refund. However I couldn't cash it. Can i claim that 2020 tax refund amount as a tax deduction in 2021 tax return? If so, how do I do it in turbo-tax ? Which tax deduction ?

Federal tax refunds are not entered on a federal tax return so you cannot add or deduct the federal refund on the federal tax return.
