Form 1095-C is the Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage. The IRS does not need any details from this form. You do not need to enter it into TurboTax. You can keep any 1095-C forms which you receive from your employer, for your records.
Please follow these steps to enter your military W-2:
Login to your TurboTax Account
Click on "Search" on the top right and type “W-2”
Click on “Jump to W-2” and enter your W-2 information
Continue to the "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?" screen and check the active-duty military box.
Please follow these steps to enter the 1099-R:
Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter your 1099-R information
