How do I mark both married partners' income as military (and therefore exempt from Arizona state taxes)?

Both my wife and I are military but for some reason her income is still shown as taxable in my Arizona State taxes.  I cannot find the way to correct this discrepancy.

Ensure each military W-2 is indicated as active duty income:

  • Log in to your TurboTax account
  • Click on Federal Taxes tab
  • Click on Wages & Income
  • Click Edit next to your military W-2
  • Click Continue on the W-2 entry screen to get to the screen titled "Do any of these uncommon situations apply to this W-2?
  • Click the box to the left of Active duty military (see screen shot below)
