I am active duty in the military, and I am doing state taxes for Arizona. It's asking for my "Active Military Pay". What exactly is it asking for?

Active Military Pay will be the Military Income you have reported on your W-2 or LES. If you had income other than military income, Active Military Pay will not include other types of income.
