Question

I am active duty military and my State of Residence is Kentucky. Kentucky does not tax active duty but turbo tax is showing I owe money. Did I do something wrong?

The previous times I filled my taxes through turbotax I did not have to pay Kentucky taxes due to being active duty military, but now all of a sudden I am being told I own money when I did nothing different. Kentucky's .gov website states that "Kentucky does not tax active duty military pay", so I do not know what I did differently this time around.

All military pay received by members of the Armed Forces while on active duty can be excluded from Kentucky income. (KRS 141.019(1)(I)).

Make sure you indicated you were active duty military in the Personal Info section.  Next, check your W2 entry.  On the Let's check for uncommon situations, make sure the Active Military Duty is checked.
