You enter Mississippi as your State of Residence. You answer NO to the question about living in another state. If your only income was your military pay, you answer NO to the question about having income from another state.
As long as you're on active duty, your military SLR (State of Legal Residence) will remain your "State of Residence" for tax purposes, no matter where you are stationed. You can only change your military SLR by filing DD Form 2058 with your military pay office.
**Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute tax or legal advice.
