I am doing my sons taxes for him he is active military he gave me all of his info. how do I get a military w2
he didn't receive his w2 from military when I log into his mypay account it says its invalid
Unfortunately he will need to talk to the pay department in the military since the mypay is stating it is invalid. There is information off the W-2 that is needed to import it into the tax software. It should be a simple phone call or walk into the pay office at his base.
