Question

I filed my tax return normally with TurboTax Deluxe but the military discount wasn't applied. How can I get a refund as active duty military with W2?

I am active duty military and submitted my W2 in the rank of E-6. The discount did not apply at the checkout screen like it normally does and I was charged for filing. How can I get a refund for the charge for TurboTax Deluxe?

You can talk to TurboTax Customer Support and plead your best case.   For future reference, it would have been easier had you asked for help when you saw the charge come up before paying.
