I have a w2 as a civilian and another one in the military how can I file my taxes

You enter the first W-2 and after that has been completed the program will ask if you have another W-2 to enter.  Answer Yes and you can enter the next W-2.

Having a civilian W-2 and a military W-2 makes no difference on a tax return, both are reported on the tax return exactly the same.
