I have an online business, and I used my sister's address in Kansas to get the LLC filing. Do I now need to file state taxes in Kansas?

No, you would not necessarily have to file a Kansas state tax return juts because you use your sister's address. Each state has its own laws and regulations, but in general, you retain your state domicile until you establish a new domicile, so you may be required to file a state tax return in the resident state you had before you relocated. You may want to also check if you have any particular LLC filing requirements.
