I'm in the military and a resident of Texas. I lived in Hawaii for all 2016. How do I fill out my residence for 2016

In the Personal Info section for your name you would enter Texas as your resident state. Since you are active military you would indicate where asked that you did Not live in any other states. If your military pay is your only income then where asked you would indicate that you did Not make money in any other states.
