I’m in the military. I have Florida residency. I’m stationed in North Carolina. My wife works here. Her W-2 states NC. Can her HR correct it to FL under the military spouse relief act? Can I

If your wife qualifies under the MSRRA (she would have to be a Florida resident too) but her employer withheld NC tax, she would have to file a 2019 NC NR return this year as nonresident with no NC income.   If she has not already done so, she can request Form NC-4 EZ, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate so no NC tax is withheld and you will not have to file the NC return next year.
