Question

I use my military address every year. However, it's not accepted this year. Any ideas?

    TurboTax has several places where an address might be entered.  Which one are you referring to?   Is it the mailing address in the My Info (Personal Info) section?     Do you have an APO/FPO/DPO type address?

    If so, did you select the proper address "type" before trying to enter your address?  There should first be a field for "type of mailing address", and in a dropdown menu you can choose the proper type of address, such as "military (APO, FPO, DPO)", if applicable.
